Signature Automation’s Andy Paulson, PE, will be presenting alongside Justin Kirchdoerfer, PE, from the City of Arlington at the 2018 International Ozone Association Pan American Group (IOA-PAG) Conference in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Signature Automation, a consultant engineering firm specializing in electrical, instrumentation, and control systems, completed separate projects to design and replace the ozone control systems for the City of Arlington’s two water treatment plants. The IOA-PAG presentation by Mr. Kirchdoerfer and Mr. Paulson will discuss their approach to increase operator efficiency, address aging infrastructure, and overcome construction coordination issues to complete the projects on a fast-paced schedule. In addition to the design-install projects covered in this presentation, Signature Automation has been providing on-call SCADA support to the City of Arlington Water Utilities since 2013. Our work involves addressing a wide variety of issues, including programming and configuration modifications to existing SCADA system software, documentation updates, SCADA training for staff, and other technical assistance related to the Water Utilities control systems.
