Business Continuity During the COVID-19 Outbreak

During this time of national emergency, Signature Automation continues to provide uninterrupted services while taking precautions to ensure the health and safety of our staff, clients, teaming partners and local communities.

Thanks to outstanding planning by our IT and Operations team, we were well prepared for emergency business continuity and implemented a seamless transition in a matter of hours.

We began taking steps to address social distancing beginning on Friday, March 16, and have completely transitioned our Dallas and San Antonio workforce to remote operations. All staff had already been directed to work from home prior to the shelter in place orders issued for several counties throughout the state.

We’re proud of our dedicated team for adapting to the changing situation in such an efficient manner. We remain committed to supporting our employees’ health and general well-being throughout the duration of this crisis, and also to continuing all project work as scheduled while making necessary adjustments to adhere to our clients’ safety and security policies.
