Vice President & COO
Kevin is an owner and co-founder of Signature Automation and has 20+ years of experience in SCADA design, integration, and configuration for various markets. He helps to establish cross-industry standards as a member of numerous International Society of Automation (ISA) technical committees related to HMI, testing, continuous process automation, SCADA, and alarming.
Dave Harran
Director of Corporate Services
Dave worked is a former public utilities director from the Michigan area and brings combined expertise in utility and consulting operations to the firm. He holds numerous responsibilities including financial management, talent development, and operational oversight. In addition to his leadership background, Dave also holds a State of Michigan Waterworks System Operator S1 and D4 license.
Philip Gaberdiel
Director of Engineering
Phil has 40+ years of experience in all aspects of control systems for water/wastewater utilities. He has led numerous SCADA master planning, design, and large-scale integration projects across the U.S. and Canada. He provides management and operational guidance, training, and quality oversight to improve Signature Automation’s internal processes and project delivery.
Anthony Scudieri, PE
E&I Design Manager
Anthony has 35+ years of experience in combined electrical and instrumentation and controls (I&C) engineering and project management. His expertise includes low and medium-voltage electrical and lighting design; DCS, SCADA, and RTU platforms; safety systems; security camera systems; and access control. He is also certified in the Risk Assessment Methodology for Water (RAM-WSM) and has performed Electrical and SCADA Vulnerability Assessments for multiple clients.
James “Pete” Landgraf, PE
Chief Electrical Engineer
Pete has 40+ years of experience in electrical and I&C engineering for multiple market sectors – water/wastewater, manufacturing, oil and gas, food and beverage, and pharmaceutical. His expertise includes low and medium-voltage electrical design, substation and power distribution, arc flash and power analysis, instrument specification, startup supervision and implementation, and oversight of electrical, mechanical, and civil construction.

Mauro has 25+ years of experience in information technology (IT) infrastructure design and networking for a variety of municipal and private industry clients. He specializes in network solutions including data center design, implementation, management, and security of complex local area and wide area networks (LAN/WAN).
Hasan Zaman
Senior Technical Advisor
Hasan has 40+ years of experience in design, engineering support, and project management for various industries, including a wide variety of process control, radio communications, and SCADA networking projects. Although he is now semi-retired, he continues to provide as-needed quality reviews and technical services to support our clients.
