2022 . WEAT Exemplary Employer Award

Signature Automation was selected again to receive the Water Environment Association of Texas (WEAT) Exemplary Employer award to be presented at the Texas Water 2022 annual conference. This award recognizes the firm’s support for organizational involvement and personal development among our staff. We are happy to have several dedicated WEAT volunteers and leaders on our team who contribute their time and effort to advancing the association’s goals.

2022 . WEF Arthur Sidney Bedell Award – Rick Hidalgo, PE

Signature Automation is proud to announce that Rick Hidalgo was chosen by the Water Environment Association of Texas (WEAT) for the WEF Bedell Award, which acknowledges extraordinary personal service to the member association. As a long-time WEAT member, recent Past President, and current member of the Executive Board, Rick has devoted countless hours promoting the benefits of WEAT within our industry.

2021 . Dallas 100 Awards

For the third time in the firm’s brief history, Signature Automation was once again selected for the Dallas 100 awards by the Dallas Business Journal and SMU Cox School of Business. This award recognizes the fastest-growing privately owned companies in the Dallas area. Our continued growth, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic, exemplifies the quality and dedication of our team in assisting our clients through any situation.

2021 . WEAT Emerging Leader – Nyla Langford

Nyla Langford, Signature Automation’s Marketing Director, has been selected to receive the Water Environment Association of Texas (WEAT) Emerging Leader award at the 2021 Texas Water conference. This award recognizes young WEAT members who have provided outstanding service in support of the organization. In the past few years at Signature Automation, Nyla has contributed to numerous WEAT initiatives at the local and state level and is currently serving as Chair of the WEAT Public Communication and Outreach Committee (PCOC). We are proud of her service to WEAT and encourage all employees to pursue volunteer opportunities that support our industry.

2020 . Dallas 100 Awards

Signature Automation is proud to announce that the firm was once again selected for the Dallas 100 awards by the Dallas Business Journal and SMU Cox School of Business. This is the second time that Signature Automation has been honored with this award, which recognizes the fastest-growing privately owned companies in the Dallas area. Our continued growth over the past three years is a testament to the quality and hard work of our team combined with the trust of our clients and engineering partners. 2018 . Texas 5S – Nyla Langford

Signature Automation is proud to announce that Nyla Langford was part of a select group chosen by the WEAT board for induction into the prestigious Select Society of Sanitary Sludge Shovelers during the 2018 Texas Water conference. This award recognizes her service above and beyond the call of duty to advance WEAT’s mission.

2016 . WEAT Exemplary Employer

Signature Automation is the proud recipient of the 2016 Water Environment Association of Texas (WEAT) Exemplary Employer Award, which recognizes employers who support and facilitate their employees’ involvement and activities within the WEAT and WEF organizations. This recognition is a testament to the willingness of our staff to give back to the profession and promote the value of water at both the local and state levels.

2015. Rick Hidalgo, PE, Honored at Texas Water 2015

Rick Hidalgo is the 2015 recipient of the Water Environment Federation (WEF) George W. Burke, Jr. award, which recognizes active and effective safety programs in municipal and industrial wastewater facilities. This award is generally presented to a facility, but for the first time in its history was presented to an individual in recognition of Rick’s contributions to the industry. As chair of the WEAT Safety & Security Committee, Rick has helped to raise awareness around cyber security issues in the water sector.

2014 . Juliana Oyeniyi, EIT, Honored With Two ISA Awards

Congratulations to Juliana as she received both the “Best Poster Award” and the “Member of the Year Award” from the International Society of Automation (ISA) Water/Wastewater Industries Division (WWID). The awards were presented at the 2015 Water/Wastewater and Automatic Controls Symposium held in Orlando, Florida.
